November

And so begins "november" a bit early: I will learn, I will work, I will knit little hats for young friends, I will cook real food, I will read. And enjoy it. And share it. I will stop and notice.

So. November is about making myself a better person. And I expect to make daily progress. So here's the report for the day:

Things I learned today:
- I am reminded of my impatience. Some people are not as advanced as I am in certain aspects. Then again, I'm way behind in others. So it probably evens out and I need to lighten up, Francis. Baby steps. Baby steps.

- I can spend an hour grading papers and actually get some papers graded. And 3rd hour will thank me.

- Getting real mail is important.

- I don't want to be a star. They burn out eventually.
